What you'll do

Handles costumes and accessories for statues and figures, including samples, sourcing, and processing design, as well as costumes for event companions and apparel.

Employment type and salary

Employment types
Full-time employee: employment contract with no fixed term (6-month probation) Contract employee: fixed-term employment contract (generally 1 year per term; 3-month probation), renewable, with a path to full-time employment Part-time: fixed-term employment contract (term set by role and conditions), renewable Working conditions during probation are the same as after it
Salary
Base salary: JPY 210,000–350,000 per month (based on experience and skills; excluding fixed overtime pay) Fixed overtime pay: JPY 32,420–121,545 per month (paid as overtime pay for 20–45 hours regardless of actual overtime; the number of hours is set in the employment contract; calculated as base salary ÷ 162 hours (average monthly scheduled working hours) × 1.25 × hours, with the hourly amount rounded up to the nearest yen) Overtime beyond the hours covered by fixed overtime pay is paid in addition. Part-time: from JPY 1,280 per hour (no fixed overtime pay; overtime is paid at premium rates for the hours actually worked)
