Independence

Taking initiative means acting as if everything is your own responsibility. When things don't go your way, instead of blaming others, think about what to do next. We want to work with people who always act positively to make things better within their own sphere of influence.

Two days off every week and national holidays (exceptions for events; the shop works in shifts), year-end and summer holidays, paid leave (10 days in the first year, granted after 6 months, increasing with years of service)
