What you'll do

Designs key visuals, promotional images, packaging, and decals, as well as editorial design such as manuals and pamphlets.

Employment types: Full-time employee: employment contract with no fixed term (6-month probation) Contract employee: fixed-term employment contract (generally 1 year per term; 3-month probation), renewable, with a path to full-time employment Part-time: fixed-term employment contract (term set by role and conditions), renewable Working conditions during probation are the same as after it
Salary: Base salary: JPY 210,000–350,000 per month (based on experience and skills; excluding fixed overtime pay) Fixed overtime pay: JPY 32,420–121,545 per month (paid as overtime pay for 20–45 hours regardless of actual overtime; the number of hours is set in the employment contract; calculated as base salary ÷ 162 hours (average monthly scheduled working hours) × 1.25 × hours, with the hourly amount rounded up to the nearest yen) Overtime beyond the hours covered by fixed overtime pay is paid in addition. Part-time: from JPY 1,280 per hour (no fixed overtime pay; overtime is paid at premium rates for the hours actually worked)
